Copyright Statement

As the copyright owner of the artwork Melissa L. R. Sinner created, she owns the rights to make and sell copies of her artwork, make new works from it, and display it publicly, including on the internet, regardless of who owns the original artwork. 

All visual images on this site are copyrighted © by Melissa L. R. Sinner. 

In the past, permission to make and sell copies of Melissa's art, and permission to use her art in marketing and promotional materials, was only granted during the time she exhibited in shows and during the times she was a member artist at Noyes Art Gallery, the Burkholder Project, and Red Path Gallery & Tasting Room. 

Once the art exhibits ended, and once Melissa left the art galleries mentioned above, no permissions were extended and no permissions have been granted to anyone to make reproductions and sell images of her artwork or to use reproductions of her artwork for any other purpose.
